How to raise a complaint

For complaints about content on Meesaq, another member's conduct, your data, or anything else about the service:

  • use the Report button available in every conversation, or
  • email grievance@meesaq.app with a description of the issue and, where relevant, the profile or content concerned.

Timelines

Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt. Complaints concerning nudity or sexual content depicting a person without their consent are actioned within 24 hours of receipt, in line with the Rules.
