Meesaq — ميثاق — means covenant: an agreement two people enter freely. That is how everything here works, and these are the promises the app is built around. Most are enforced by the system itself; all are the standard we hold this community to.
You cannot be browsed
There are no public profiles. Nobody outside can see that you exist here, and inside, only compatible members ever see your profile card. No one can see you browsing.
Your face stays yours
Your photo starts hidden — always. It is shown to one person at a time, inside your conversation, only when you both choose to exchange. And you can take it back at any moment.
Only verified eyes see photos
Nobody can view a revealed photo without first verifying their own face with a live selfie — so only identified people ever see you, and we can always tell you exactly who you showed. The photo opens alone on a black screen: nothing on it names you, names us, or ties the picture back to this app. No app anywhere can stop a screenshot — but what leaves here carries no story with it.
Every step is mutual
Nobody can message you without your interest meeting theirs. Nothing is unlocked by one side alone — not conversation, not photos. Consent is asked for, given, and revocable, at every step.
In a temporary marriage, the mahr comes first
Mahr is the wife's right — hers to keep, never a fee for anything, and never held back as leverage. In a temporary marriage here, the way is simple: it is settled in full and reaches her directly, and she confirms it herself, before the aqd. Meesaq never touches the money and takes no cut. A man who will not honour this first does not belong here — and if one tries, we stop vouching for him. For the marriage itself, follow your marja.
Leaving a match is quiet
If it doesn't work out, you can close a match silently — no notification, no drama. If someone must never reach you again, blocking is permanent and invisible. They are never told.
On your phone, invisible
Install the app with an everyday icon and name — a calculator, notes — so nothing on your home screen reveals what it is. Your search is nobody's business.
Leave and you disappear
Delete your account and you disappear immediately — profile, photos, interests, conversations, gone from the app and from other people's screens the same minute. Nobody is told, and nobody can find you here again. We keep your data for 30 days afterwards to keep this place safe.
Your data is not a product
No advertising, no selling, no sharing your information. The only people who see your details are the members you chose to show them to.
